ORDER  .

The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non  refund of amount by the O.P.  for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

On being  noticed  the  Registered letter  returned  back  with a postal remark  “No such addressee  hence returned  to sender”.

The same  fact  has been intimated to the complainant for submission of  actual  address  to serve the  fresh  notice  to the O.P.

Till  date  the complainant has  not furnished the actual  address of the O.P. Hence the  complaint petition dismissed for default.
