Today, the Member/Smt.Jyotsna is on leave. As per Office report of Ahlmad, Correct Address of OP's No.1 & 2 not filed by Complainant sofar. Perusal of Zimni Order shows that from the serveral dates of hearing, neither Counsel nor Complainant is appearing and till today, correct address of OPs No.1 & 2 not filed. Today, also neither the Complainant nor anyone on his behalf has come present. The case has been called number of times since morning. It is 4.00 P.M. Case again called, but none is present. It seems that complainant is not interested in persuing the present complaint. Hence the present complaint is diposed off and file be consigned to the record room.
