                Today the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant. No documentary evidence on behalf of the complainant is present. From perusal case file, it reveals that since 11.01.2021, the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant but the complainant has not tendered any documents in his evidence after availing 12 opportunities including four last opportunities, subject to payment of Rs. 200/- as cost. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 12.30 PM. Now the case be again called after lunch.

However, the complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint if so desired. Copy of the order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
