Perusal of the record shows that complainants have not appeared after 08.03.2023  prior to that Complainant was also not present. Thereafter they did not appear for several consecutive hearing including today. On 21.08.2023, Counsel for Complainant filed an application for withdrawal of Vakalatnama seeking. Application allowed. It seems that Complainant is not interested to contest her matter. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
