ORDER

          This is an execution application filed by the decree holder against the judgment debtor for realizing the amount due to the decree holder from the judgment debtor.  After admitting the execution application, this Commission issued notice to the judgment debtor to appear before this Commission on 22.12.2023.  After accepting the notice, the judgment debtor failed to appear before this Commission and hence this Commission issued arrest warrant against the judgment debtor.  Today, when the case came up for consideration the judgment debtor was arrested and produced before this Commission by the Police.  The judgment debtor paid the due amount to the decree holder.  The decree holder acknowledged the receipt of the due amount.  The decree holder also filed a memo stating that she has received the amount from the judgment debtor and she is not willing to further proceed with this execution application.  The memo filed by the decree holder is accepted and recorded.  In view of the payment of the due amount, the judgment debtor was released.  As the amount was paid, full satisfaction is recorded and the execution application is closed.
