Complainant absent today also. Opposite parties represented. As the complainant absent when the matter is posted for recording evidence and after receiving notice to that effect. We are of the view that the complainant has no interest in giving any oral evidence only photocopies of certain documents produced. Opposite parties’ advocate vehemently opposed in marked unattested photocopies. Hence not marked. As the complainant has not adduced any evidence either oral or documentary the complaint is only to be dismissed.
In the result complaint stands dismissed.
