Heard. It appears that the complaint has availed the services of the Opposite Party for commercial purpose. In view of the amendment provision of Sec.2(1)(d)(ii) the Complainant is not a consumer, hence, complainant is not maintainable under the provision of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Hence, complaint is disposed off. No order as to cost.
