THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to refund a sum of Rs.11,999/- being the maximum retail price of the Motorola Mobile Phone (Model – Moto G5) and to pay a sum of Rs.80,000/- towards compensation for  deficiency in service willful negligence, unfair trade practice, mental agony, paid and sufferings along and cost of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant.

Both parties present and filed a Joint Compromise Memo which is recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of Court.  The Joint Compromise Memo form part of the Order.
