2.         Fastway Transmission Private Limited, Lajjya Tower, Near EPF Building, Sham Nagar, Ludhiana through its MD/Proprietor.

Present:          Complainant in person.

                        None for the Ops.

 

                       

                        On 21.12.2015, authorized representative for the OP no. 1 has tendered a demand draft of Rs.11,500/- vide bearing No.004499 dated 07.12.2015 in compliance of order under execution and stated that order under execution has been fully complied with. 

                        Today complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a demand draft of Rs.11,500/- vide bearing No.004499 dated 07.12.2015 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
