         Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties and he has received a sum of Rs. 5000/- from the opposite party. He does not want to proceed further with the complaint and same be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Certified copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
