             Today Statement of Smt.Leena Sehgal, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the opposite Party has settled the claim  in full and final satisfaction of the complainant.   As such, the Complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied after having been compromised.  File be consigned to the record room.
