                   Present:       None for complainant.                                                   

                                      Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 20.04.2022 but ops could not be served for want of copy of complaint and RC and complainant has already availed several opportunities in this regard but has failed to provide the same. So, it appears complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
