The case is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

Both parties present through their appointed lawyer.

The case is amicably settled by and between the parties whereby O.P. /Builders agrees to pay to the Complainant Rs.10 Lakh in seven installments out of which Rs.50,000/- is paid today in cash under Receipt and the balance Rs.9,50,000/- is to be paid within seven months from this date I/D law will take its own course.

The case is disposed of on full and final settlement

Hence, ordered ………

That the case is disposed of as being settled.

The case record be sent back to the regular bench of DCDRC, Bankura as being not disposed of.
