COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-    Shri Ravinder Arora, Advocate, Counsel for the Complainant.    

                Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, the complainant by making a separate statement, stated that he wants to withdraw the present complaint on account of some technical reasons; thus, permission has been sought to withdraw the same with liberty to file it afresh.

                Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh.

                A copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance. The original document, if any, on the file be returned to the complainant after retaining the photocopy of the same in office record.
