     This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking a sum of Rs.1,72,305/- being the value of the consignment delivered by the complainant and lost by the opposite parties  and a sum of Rs.1,19,027.20/- being charges paid to the 2nd opposite party towards consignment of the materials, to pay a sum of Rs.3,44,610/- towards compensation for loss of business and mental agony, to pay a sum of Rs.92,990/-towards other handling charges together with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. with cost.
