None has responded on behalf of either of the parties.

The applicants / objectors are also not present inspite of several calls at repeated intervals.

Perusal of the order-sheet has revealed that on the previous dates too, the applicants / objectors have not appeared.

Hence, in the absence of the applicants / objectors, the miscellaneous application stands dismissed.  No order as to costs.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
