On last date of hearing on behalf of complainant adjournment was sought to file an application for impleadment of LRs as complainant died. Today counsel submits that he has no information from the LRs. He further submits that he has no knowledge about the date of death of complainant. However 90 days have been expired since last date of hearing and no steps taken, therefore, present complaint stands abated due to the death of complainant.
