On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 16.03.2021 in fact Written Statement was also filed but till date neither he appeared nor filed rejoinder. It seems that Complainant is not interested. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case.
