On 25.05.2022, Smt. Sarabjit Kaur w/o Late Sh. Avtar Ram and Sh. Kuldeep Kumar s/o Sh. Avtar Ram – complainants along with their counsel Sh. Amandeep Singh Saini, advocate made a statement that in view of the application moved by the counsel for opposite party No.2 that the mother company-OP has been taken over by Piremal Capital company and now all affairs of DHFL are being carried out by the said company, as such, the complainants do not want to pursue the present complaint further more and want to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action and the original documents may also be returned.

In view of the aforesaid statement of the complainants along with their counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, permission is granted to the complainants to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. The original documents, if any, be also returned to the complainants, as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
