                          File taken up today. Sh.Bikramjit Singh Arri Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that compromise has been effected between the parties. He has  received a draft No.770070 dated 11.12.2023 for Rs. 99000/- drawn on Standard Chartered Bank favouring Amandeep Kaur towards full and final settlement made between the parties today in this Commission. As such, the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and on the instructions of the complainant, he wants to withdraw the present complaint subject to encashment of the draft. Consequently, in view of the above statement, presents complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn subject to encashment of the draft. File be consigned to the record room.
