                    The complainant was confronted with the issue as to how this Fourm has territorial jurisdiction because as per the complaint he had purchased online policy from his residence which is village Mitron falling within the area of Nazafgarh New Delhi and got medical treatment from Parth Hospital situated at Dwarka  Mod, New Delhi.

                    Since neither the Ops reside or carry on business within the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum nor any cause of action ever arose within the jurisdiction of this Forum therefore, the petition is dismissed for want of territorial jurisdiction.
