Right from the date of filing the complaint i.e. 07.06.2023 when the first date of hearing was fixed for 11.08.2023.  Complainant is not pursuing the matter properly.  She sought time to file the documents on 03.07.2023 and matter was adjourned for 11.08.2023.  Complainant did not appear in time in Commission on 11.08.2023 and matter was adjourned for 22.03.2024 which was cancelled when the complainant appeared same day rather she filed an application seeking amendment which was allowed and matter was fixed for 11.10.2023. She was not present on 11.10.2023 and matter was adjourned for 10.11.2023.  She was present on 10.11.2023 but her counsel was not present and she sought adjournment and matter was adjourned for today and today she is not present.  It seems that complainant is not interested to prosecute her matter the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
