None present for the appellants.

Initially Shri Ravindra Tiwari and Ms. Kalpana Verma Advocates appeared for appellants but on later stage they pleaded no instructions.  Number of times SPCs were issued to appellants and also a registered notice was issued to appellants on 24.12.2016 but the said notice has been received back with endorsement that appellants have left the address given in the appeal.  It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing this appeal.  The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
