At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled.

                   Sh. Neeraj Sobti, Advocate, Counsel for the respondents has handed over one cheque bearing No.000048 dated 14.09.2017 in the sum of Rs.1 Lac to the Counsel for the appellant, towards entire satisfaction of the claim (past and present), raised by the appellant. Photocopy of the said cheque has been retained on file. The cheque has been accepted by Sh. R. K. Bashamboo, Advocate stating that the entire claim, raised in the complaint, stands satisfied and in future, the appellant will not raise any further claim against the respondents.

                   In view of above, this appeal and the complaint stand dispose of, having been rendered infructuous.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
