ORDER

Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering evidence by the complainant subject to last opportunity but neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared before this Commission despite repeated calls. On perusal of file, it has come into notice of this Commission that neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared on previous date of hearing i.e 24.03.2022, wherefrom it is presumed that the complainant is not interested in pursuing  the present complaint. As such, we are of the opinion that the present complaint deserves to be dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
