           File taken up today on the application moved by complainant for withdrawal of the present complaint.

           Complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue the complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

            In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, through the application, the complainant seeks permission to file the complaint afresh. Hence, the complainant is given permission to file a fresh complaint, before the competent authority as per law. Certified copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
