Present:       None for the DH.

None for JDs.

                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.15 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the DH nor the representative of JDs appeared.  From the perusal of the order sheet, we found that nobody is appearing on behalf of the parties.  We have observed that the JDs official are not serious about the cases pending against them.  A person of the rank of LDC is deputed off and on who is not regularly attending the cases nor he is conservant with the facts of the case.  Hence not capacable to defend proceedings against the Nigam.  In a number of cases we have observed that the officials of the Nigam are not taking adequate steps to watch the interest of the Nigam.  In this case we found that only on 2 or 3 dates the LDC of Nigam appeared and since 29.09.2015 nobody is appearing on behalf of the JDs.  The execution  of the DH is dismissed in default.  A copy of this order be sent to the Managing Director, DHBVNL, Hisar for information and necessary action against the defaulting officials. File be consigned to the record room.
