Learned Counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that in the present complaint  theft matter in involved and this commission has no jurisdiction in the  theft matters and be prayed to withdrawn the same with permission to file the fresh complainant on the same cause of action before the competent court of law. In view of the above, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
