                    For the last several hearings complainant or his counsel is not appearing in the case.  This case is pending since 03.05.2013 and since 09.04.2014 the case is being adjourned again and again for the evidence of the complainant.  Case called several time since morning.  But none has appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Now it is 3.15 p.m.  No further adjournment is justified.  In the above circumstances, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed in default . File be consigned to the record room.
