                   Both the parties have compromised the matter in the National Lok Adalat.  Their statements recorded separately.  As per the statement between the parties the complainant shall purchase new meter and that meter shall be installed by the Ops at the neartest place of his house.  On the basis of the six months average of the said new meter the previous unpaid bills shall be paid by the complainant.  The complainant will pay the current consumption bill regularly after the installation of the new meter.  Both the parties shall bound by their statement, which shall form the part of the order.  Accordingly, complaint is disposed of. File be consigned to the record room.
