Present:       None for the complainant.

                     Today also none appeared on behalf of complalinant. Complaint was fixed for consideration on the point of admission of the same. Complainant has come forward with a plea that he sown wheat crop in 2 ½ acre land situated in the village Obra, wherein electricity wire was passing over the field of the complainant and on 30.03.2021 a bird sit on the losse and hanging electricity wire due to which there was sparking, which led the burnt of 2 ½ acre crop. There is nothing that complainant had ever lodged any complaint to the OPs regarding that the electricity wire was loose and any incident can happen at any time. So in absence there is nothing any deficiency in service on the part of the OPs for ractifying the said electric line and thus we are of the view that complaint does not deserve for admission and is hereby rejected. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
