Present:-     None for the complainant.

                   Case called several times since morning. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant.

                   The counsel for the Ops stated that the counsel of the complainant has already been redressed by the OP.  Hence the complainant is not interested to appear in this case.

                   It is now 2.30 P.M. but case called again but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Perusal of the order sheet shows that for the last various hearings the complainant is not appearing in this case.  Today the case was fixed for the evidence of the complainant and his appearance but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Hence the complaint of the complaiant is dismissed for want of non prosecution and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
