                   This complaint is pending for consideration.  From the perusal of the complaint and documents in this case the LL-I has been issued by the Ops to the complainant.  In view of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, in the Civil Appeal No.5466 of 2012 (arising out of S.L.P.(C) No.35906 of 2001) titled as U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors.  Versus Anis Ahmad & otrs, a “complaint” against the assessment made by assessing officer under Section 126  of Electricity Act, 2003, is not maintainable before a Consumer Forum. So, complaint of the complainant is dismissed and the complainant shall be at liberty to move before competent court of jurisdiction as per the provisions of law, if so advised. File be consigned to the record room.
