Present:                            Complainant in person with Sh.Ravinder Monga, Advocate .

 Sh.Niranjan Singh,SDO, DHBVNL with Sh.J.R.Garwa, Advocate for Ops.

                             Sh.Niranjan Singh,SDO, DHBVNL appeared with Sh.J.R.Garwa, Advocate on behalf of Ops and made a statement that an old meter is installed in the premises of the complainant. The department is ready to replace the meter with new one. He further stated that old meter will be got checked from M& T Lab, Sirsa in the presence of the complainant and if  the  meter will be fast or slow, then the account of the complainant will be overhauled accordingly since the installation of old meter.

                             Complainant also made his statement that he is agree with the statement of SDO and reserves his right for overhauling his account on the basis of meter report. Accordingly, case may be decided.

                             In view of the above statements of the parties, we direct the Ops to replace the old meter of the complainant with new one and get checked the old meter from M&T Lab. in the presence of the complainant and account of the complainant be overhauled on the basis of lab. report. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties as per rules.   File be consigned to the records.
