          This is an execution petition of order dt.04.03.2010 vide which complaint of complainant Lalit has been disposed off with direction that he shall submit the required documents with the respondents within 15 days from today i.e.04.03.2010 if any and respondents was directed to settle the claim of claimant within two months from the date of receipt of documents.

          As per OPs/ JDs required documents have not been submitted and therefore they could not settle the claim of claimant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of DH. It is already 4:15PM. No further wait is justified. Thus, execution petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
