Learned counsel for the JDs has placed on record letter dated 02.01.2015 alongwith sundry report on the case file. Perusal of these documents reveal that the compliance of the order under execution has been made and the account of the consumer/complainant has already been overhauled and the amount has already been adjusted. Since, the compliance of the order under execution has already been made and nothing remains to be adjudicated upon, therefore, the present execution petition is hereby disposed of. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
