                        The counsel for complainant stated that this complaint kindly be disposed of with the direction to overhaul the account of the complainant  and he withdraws  the contempt application.  His statement recorded separately.  Sh. Vinesh Kumar, Parokar has also made no objection and his statement recorded.

                        Accordingly, the Ops are directed to overhaul the account of the complainant from August 2015 to December 2016 and then  fresh bill be issued.  The parties shall be bound by their statement.  With this direction, the complaint of the complainant is disposed of.  File be consigned to the records.
