                   Quorum is complete. Counsel for the JD made a statement that in compliance of impugned order dt.31.01.2014 they have restored the electricity connection of DH/complainant on 15.10.2020 vide service connection order No.4914 dt. 13.10.2020 and prayed to dispose of the execution petition   accordingly.

          Case called thrice since morning. It is 4.27 PM but none turn up on behalf of DH. I have gone through the impugned order dt. 31.01.2014, the compliance of which as per counsel for the JD has already been done. It appears that due to this reason complainant has no more interest to proceed further with the execution petition and thus due to non appearance of the DH, the execution petition stands dismissed being fully satisfied.
