Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering evidence by Ops No.1 & 2 but counsel appearing on behalf of complainant tendered a statement before the Commission that Ops have redressed the grievance of the complainant whereby he is satisfied and counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant further stated that he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same as per the instructions of the complainant and requested for filing the present complaint.

                   In view of the statement so tendered by the complainant’s counsel, the present complaint is disposed off being fully satisfied. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties to complaint free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
