O R D E R

 

PER: NARESH KATYAL, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

           

                   Mr. Harish Yadav, Advocate has appeared on behalf of revisionist and suffered statement that as per instructions received from revisionist, he does not want to pursue further with the present revision petition. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file afresh before appropriate authority on the same cause of action, if situation arise. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In wake of statement suffered by Mr. Harish Yadav, counsel for revision, present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, revisionist is at liberty to file a fresh revision on the same cause of action before appropriate authority.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

5.                File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
