                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.05 p.m.  but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This case is pending since its filing on 05.03.2012 for notice to OP no. 4.  OP no. 4 could not be served for want of registered cover.  The complainant has not furnished registered cover despite availing several opportunities over a period of more than 4 years.  It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
