                    Case called several times since morning but none appeared on behalf of the parties.  It is now 3.45 p.m. Case called again.  This complaint was filed by the complainant on 16.09.2014 and till date the reply of the complaint has not been filed by the OP despite availing various opportunities.  Last adjournment was given to the OP subject to deposit of Rs. 500/- as cost with this District Forum but today neither the cost has been deposited by the OP nor the reply has been filed on behalf of the OP.  From the perusal of the zimini orders it is found that both the parties are casually appearing in this case and both the parties at fault.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room.
