Even today, the proxy counsel seeks adjournment of the same ground on which the adjournment was granted on the previous hearings that the main counsel is busy in Supreme Court. We decline the prayer. However, we granted opportunity to proxy counsel representing the main counsel to make her submissions. She is not willing to make submissions. However, we have considered the grounds set up in the revision petition and in our view the impugned order passed by the State Commission is eminently justified and is strictly in consonance with the settled law on the subject. The impugned order does not suffer from any illegality, material irregularity much less any jurisdictional error which warrants interference of this Commission. In any case, right to work out its remedy has been preserved by the State Commission while passing the impugned order. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed being devoid of merit.
