Krishan Kumar      Versus  DHBVNL  (CC NO. 297/2022)

Present        Shri Krishan Kumar complainant in person.

                   Shri Harbansh Godara, counsel for opposite party.

                   Today the case was fixed for filing evidence on behalf of the complainant.

                   Instead of filing evidence on behalf of the complainant, Shri Krishan Kumar Mahto – complainant has made a statement that “I withdraw the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn,  Keeping in view that I have deposited three electricity bills of the new  electricity meters as was installed by the  lawful order of this Hon’ble Commission and as such, there was no any outstanding bill against his connection and as such, the opposite party be directed to produce NOC in favour of the complainant.  Therefore, I withdraw this present complaint, subject to issuance of NOC by the OP.”

                   Keeping in view of the statement of the complainant, the  complaint is disposed off with the direction to the opposite party to give the NOC to the complainant within 30 days from the date of this order.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room
