          Today Ld. counsel for the opposite parties has made the following statement.

“Stated that in goodwell gesture, the opposite parties are ready to replace the Refrigerator with new one of same make and same model to the complainant without any compensation within one month.”

          On the above said statement, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement.

“Stated that I have heard the ibid statement of the opposite parites and complainant is agreed with the offer made by the opposite parties and the complainant will hand over the refrigerator in question after receiving the new refrigerator of the same make and model from the opposite parties and in view of this, the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and I withdraw the present complaint”.

          In view of the ibid statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties are directed to bound by their respective statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be cosigned to record room.
