JUDGMENT

Sri Sanjai Kumar,  Member.- The appeal taken up for hearing. The Ld. Counsel for the appellant Sri Arun Tandan is present. None for the respondent. Sri Tandan submitted before the Bench that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved out-side the Commission and, therefore he does not want to press the appeal anymore. He made an endorsement to this effect in the order-sheet. Since the appellant does not press the appeal anymore, therefore, the appeal deserves to he disposed of as dismissed.
