              None for the appellants is present. Perusal of the record and proceedings of the appeal shows that the appeal was filed before the Hon’ble State Commission Mumbai and then it came to be  transferred to this Commission as the impugned order was passed by the District Consumer Forum Yavatmal. However the record of the said appeal was misplaced and after it was traced out, the same was placed before this Commission on 08/02/2018 for appropriate order. This Commission passed an order on 08/02/2018 to issue notice to the appellants by Registered Post A.D. Accordingly notice dated 22/02/2018 was issued to each of the appellant Nos.1 and 2 by Registered Post A.D on the same address given in the appeal memo. The notice issued to appellant No.1 has been returned unserved with postal endorsement as “Left” and notice issued to appellant No.2 has been returned unserved with postal endorsement as “Not found on the given address”. The appellants have not furnished their new address for reissuing notice. Therefore there is no alternative but to dismiss in default the present appeal. The appeal is thus dismissed in default.
