No step is taken by the complainant who is found absent on repeated call.

The case is also not represented by any lawyer on record.

By the previous order dated: 15-06-2023 the complainant was directed to take fresh steps upon O.P. No.2 & 3. There is no material on record to ascertain the service of notice upon O.P. No.1. Unless the complainant takes steps and is present to justify the service of notice upon the O.P.s the Commission cannot proceed further with the case. The act and conduct of the complainant shows that the complainant is not interested further to proceed with the case.

There is no provision for automatic and mechanic adjournment of Consumer cases in absence of the parties. Hence, the Commission decides to dismiss the case for default with according further opportunity to the complainant.

Hence it is ordered……..

That the case is dismissed for default.

Both parties be supplied copy of this Order free of cost.
