On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant since 16-10-2020. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. In fact Court notice was also issued to complainant vide order dated 04-01-2022, telephonic intimation was also given but the complainant failed to appear before this Commission on 06/05/2022, 25/08/2022 and today Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
