                        Sh. Raj Kumar, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent/complainant by placing on record his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. He very graciously states that let impugned order dated 06.03.2017 be set aside and the complaint be heard on merits.

                        Sh. Rohit Kapoor, Advocate, Counsel for the Revision Petitioner/Opposite Party states that reply and evidence/affidavit is ready. Let it be filed before the District Forum-II, U.T., Chandigarh today itself. The complaint is listed before the Forum today itself.

                        In view of above, this Revision Petition is allowed. Order dated 06.03.2017 under challenge is set aside. Directions are issued to the Revision Petitioner/Opposite Party to file reply and evidence/affidavit before the District Forum (II), U.T., Chandigarh today itself. We expect that the Forum will decide the case expeditiously.

                        Order passed is subject to payment of cost of Rs.4,000/- to be paid by the Revision Petitioner/Opposite Party to the respondent/complainant or to his Counsel today itself before the Forum.
